We hope you enjoy purchase.

If when you receive your order you decide it isn't right for you, please let us know right away: We must receive the item(s) back within 7 days of the original packing slip date/invoice date, and the item(s) must be in the same condition as when we shipped to you.

Once your return has arrived to us and been approved by our inspector, we will issue a refund of the price you paid for the item(s).

We do not accept returns on items marked as final sale, no return, or similar.

How to Return a Purchase

STEP 1
Contact Us…

Please immediately let us know you want to send item(s) back. Again, we must receive the item(s) back within 7 days of the original packing slip date/invoice date.

Contact us in either of two ways:

  • submit an exchange request from your Movie Art Sales Gallery online account,
  • or, phone us during business hours to ask a team member to submit the exchange request for you.

You can request your exchange authorization directly from your online account:

  • Log into your Movie Art Sales Gallery account (click here to open the log in page in a new tab).
  • scroll to "TRACK YOUR RECENT ORDERS".
  • click on “VIEW DETAILS” next to the relevant order number.
  • On the resulting screen, click the “add new rma” button (RMA stands for return merchandise authorization).
  • Complete the simple form.
  • Optional – Include in the Comments section the name(s) and item number(s) of the piece(s) you'd like in exchange, if you have chosen such; otherwise, we will create a store virutal gift card for you that will be valid for 12 months; more on that below.)

You can reach us at 323-404-2959 Monday through Saturday between 10AM and 5PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays.

If you phone us, the exchange process works the same way, only one of our sales team will initiate the RMA for you.

STEP 2
Ship the item(s) back to us.

Prepare your package…

Please include the following in your shipment:

  • a copy of your invoice* required
  • all original packaging, including the packing slip* required
