Shipping policy

We process (and ship) orders Monday through Friday, except national holidays, for Monday through Friday delivery.

FedEx Packages

We ship via Fedex except for items labeled as white glove delivery. FedEx items, during checkout, allow you to select second-day, overnight, or other delivery speed, as appropriate to your location. Rates stem from your delivery location.

Due to theft rates, rather than home delivery we ship to the FedEx location nearest your ship-to address. You will be notified when your package arrives and is ready for pickup.

You can specify a FedEx location, if you like, within the Notes field when placing your order.

White Glove Packages

Our restored, framed posters require white glove delivery service due to their size + glass faces. White Glove delivery is worked out with your AFTER purchase, and is NOT included in your purchase.

Each framed poster that requires white glove delivery is clearly marked as such.

Shipping

  • Shipping is not included.
  • International clients are responsible for all import duties.
  • Shipping calculated at checkout EXCEPT in the case of framed items, which require white glove delivery. We are working on adding white glove delivery to the checkout process, however, in the meantime, a customer service representative will contact you within one business day of when you complete your purchase to arrange its white glove delivery.
  • White glove delivery, like other shipping, is NOT included in your art's purchase price, since the cost varies widely with delivery distance from Los Angeles.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We certainly hope your adore your purchase. If when you receive your order you decide it's not right for you, please contact us immediately through this website. We MUST receive it back, in its as-sold condition, within 7 days of the original packing slip date.
